該項目位于武漢市東西湖區新溝鎮武漢能源生態園內，建設單位是武漢深能環保新溝垃圾發電有限公司，占地面積58956.1平方米，建筑面積21363.09平方米，總投資約1.95億元，項目總處理規模為日焚燒處理生活垃圾1000t/d+濕垃圾500t/d（協同），全廠365天連續運行，主設備年運行8000小時。 This project is located in Wuhan Energy Ecological Park, Xingou Town, Dongxihu District, Wuhan City. The construction unit is Wuhan Shenneng Environmental Protection Xingou Waste-to-Energy Power Co., Ltd., covering an area of 58956.1 square meters, a construction area of 21363.09 square meters, and a total investment of approximately 195 million yuan. The total processing scale of the project is 1,000t/d of domestic waste incineration + 500t/d of wet waste (coordinated). The entire plant operates continuously for 365 days, and the main equipment operates for 8,000 hours per year. 項目建設一條1100噸/日垃圾焚燒生產線，建設規模為：1x1100t/d（多級往復式順推+翻動）機械爐排爐+1x40MW純凝式汽輪機+1x40MW發電機。煙氣處理采用“SNCR爐內脫硝+旋轉噴霧半干法脫酸+干粉噴射系統+活性炭噴射吸附+袋式除塵器+GGH+SGH+SCR脫硝+飛灰輸送及穩定化”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設備供貨工程。該項目是迄今為止全球爐排爐單爐處理量最大的項目，煙氣設備亦是我司提供。 The project is to build a 1100 tons/day garbage incineration production line with a construction scale of: 1x1100t/d (multi-stage reciprocating push+turning) mechanical grate furnace + 1x40MW pure condensing steam turbine + 1x40MW generator. The flue gas cleaning adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "SNCR furnace denitrification + rotating spray semi-dry deacidification + dry powder injection system + activated carbon injection adsorption + bag dust collector + GGH + SGH + SCR denitrification + fly ash transportation and stabilization" , supply projects for our company's equipment. This project is the largest single-furnace grate furnace processing project in the world so far, and the flue gas equipment is also provided by our company.
