The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Taierzhuang Waste Incineration Power Plant in Zaozhuang, Shandong passed 72+24 hours trial operation on Sept. 22, 2022.
The capacity of the plant is 1x500 t/d domestic waste incineration line, and the supporting facilities are 1x10 MW high speed steam turbine + 1x12 MW generator. Annual operation hours of the unit is 8040. The FGC process applied "SNCR denitration with 20% ammonia + semi-dry deacidification with slaked lime and rotary spray reactor + dry deacidification with slaked lime + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying and storage". It is an EP project of Huaxing.
