The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jintan waste incineration power plant in Changzhou,Jiangsu passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on August 7, 2022.
The plant has a treatment capacity of 1500 tons per day of municipal solid waste and is implemented in two phases. The 1st phase has a capacity of 1000 t/d consisting of 2×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×25 MW steam turbine + 1×30 MW generator. Additional 500 t/d consists of 1×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×12 MW steam turbine + 1×15 MW generator. The plant is phase I with a fly ash silo. Phase I will be constructed and the expansion site of phase II will be reserved. The FGC adopts the process of SNCR with ammonia injection (not in Huaxing scope) + semi-dry with rotary atomization reaction tower + dry method with slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
The achievements of Huaxing in Jiangsu province include Xidong Wuxi phase II, Yiduo Wuxi, Huai'an, Dafeng Yancheng, Xiangshui Yancheng, Lianyungang, Yixing thermal power, Taixing, Xuyi, Suqian, Changzhou, Xuzhou, Zhangjiagang, Jiangbei Nanjing, etc.
