The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jiande Hangzhou waste incineration power plant in Zhejiang Province passed 72+24 hours trial operation on July 1, 2021.
The plant constructs a 500 t/d incineration line with 1×12 MW condensing steam turbine generator, and room for expansion is reserved. The reserved scale is 1x500 t/d. The long-term scale of incineration capacity could eventually reach 1000 t/d. The FGC adopts the combined process of SNCR with ammonia solution) + semi-dry reaction tower with Ca(OH)2 solution + dry method with Ca(OH)2 powder + activated carbon injection + bag filter + #1 GGH + wet scrubber with NaOH solution + #2 GGH+ Steam-gas heater (SGH) + SCR with ammonia solution + fly ash conveying and storage. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
