On Dec 23rd, the presentation of outstanding Tongji students and the 2025 scholarship award ceremony, themed “Youthful Classmates, Aspiring Excellence,” was grandly held at the grand auditorium on the Siping Campus of Tongji University. To better cultivate and attract outstanding talent and to build a talent pipeline for corporate development, in Nov 2022 we joined hands with the College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University to establish the “HEPT Student Aid Fund.” Through a university-enterprise collaborative education model, we aim to make the first move in talent cultivation and to craft a grand strategy for talent acquisition, cultivating and delivering more high-quality, high-skilled interdisciplinary professionals to the environmental protection industry. For many years, HEPT and Tongji University have moved forward hand in hand, continuously exploring new ground in our cooperation. The company has gathered backbone talents who graduated from Tongji; with their solid professional knowledge and innovative mindset, they inject strong momentum into corporate growth. Building on the excellent foundation of Tongji and its students, we have jointly built a “University-Industry Research Base,” focusing on “R&D and manufacturing of environmental protection equipment and flue-gas (tail-gas) treatment technologies.” Through this platform, we constantly broaden the scope of industry-education integration and deepen university-enterprise cooperation, working intensively in the environmental field to achieve further breakthroughs.

At the award ceremony, we could conceive that students yearn for knowledge and their vision for the future. With flowers and poems, they paid high tribute to the mentors who have guided them attentively and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all sectors of society that have supported them. This moved us deeply and further strengthened our resolve to continue supporting education and to help cultivate talent. In the future, HEPT will continue to work in harmony with Tongji University to turn a new chapter in university-industry cooperation and to contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of environmental protection.
