2023年11月28至30日，第二屆中電聯垃圾發電標準化技術委員會成立大會暨2023年度工作會議和標準審查會，在北京成功舉辦，江蘇華星東方榮獲“垃圾發電領域標準化工作行業貢獻獎”。中電聯標準化管理中心副主任汪毅、發電處處長汪萍到會指導。第二屆標委會成員共35人，中國電力發展促進會可再生能源發電分會副會長劉映華榮任主任委員，中國電力發展促進會可再生能源發電分會副秘書長劉哲擔任秘書長。
From November 28 to 30, 2023, the second founding meeting of the China Electricity Council's Waste-to-Energy Standardization Technical Committee and the 2023 Annual Work Conference and Standards Review Meeting were successfully held in Beijing. Jiangsu Huaxing Oriental won the "Industry Contribution Award for Standardization Work in the Field of Waste-to-Energy". Wang Yi, deputy director of the Standardization Management Center of China Electricity Council, and Wang Ping, director of the Power Generation Department, attended the meeting to provide guidance. The second session of the Standardization Committee has a total of 35 members. Liu Yinghuarong, vice president of the Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch of the China Electric Power Development Association, serves as the chairman, and Liu Zhe, deputy secretary-general of the Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch of the China Electric Power Development Association, serves as the secretary-general.

會議中，汪毅主任對第一屆標委會的標準化工作給予了充分肯定，并對第二屆標委會工作提出了更高期望和要求。汪萍處長宣讀了標委會換屆批復文件并向全體委員頒發委員證書。秘書長劉哲對第一屆標委會工作進行了總結與匯報，并提出了第二屆標委會工作計劃。會上討論通過了2023年垃圾發電標準體系。
During the meeting, Director Wang Yi fully affirmed the standardization work of the first Standardization Committee and put forward higher expectations and requirements for the work of the second Standardization Committee. Director Wang Ping read out the approval document for the reelection of the Standardization Committee and issued membership certificates to all members. Secretary-General Liu Zhe summarized and reported on the work of the first Standardization Committee and proposed the work plan of the second Standardization Committee. The 2023 waste-to-energy standard system was discussed and approved at the meeting.
會上對在垃圾發電領域標準化工作做出了杰出貢獻的第一屆委員及單位進行了表彰，江蘇華星東方電力環保科技有限公司、中國電力發展促進會可再生能源發電分會、光大環保（中國）有限公司、中國環境保護集團有限公司、北京新能和再生能源科技發展有限公司等 15 家單位獲得“行業貢獻獎”， 15 位同志獲得“先進個人”稱號。主任委員劉映華宣讀了表彰文件并為獲獎單位及個人頒發榮譽證書。
At the meeting, the first committee members and units that have made outstanding contributions to the standardization work in the field of waste-to-energy generation were commended, including Jiangsu Huaxing East Electric Power Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Development Association Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch, Everbright Environmental Protection (China) Co., Ltd., China Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., Beijing New Energy and Renewable Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. and other 15 units won the "Industry Contribution Award", and 15 comrades won the title of "Advanced Individual". Chairman Liu Yinghua read out the commendation documents and issued honorary certificates to award-winning units and individuals.
會議審查了《垃圾發電廠鈉堿濕法煙氣脫酸系統技術規程》（由華星東方參與送審提報）、《垃圾發電廠技術監督導則》、《垃圾發電廠滲濾液處理系統維護與檢修技術規范》等5項標準報審稿。
The meeting reviewed the "Technical Regulations for the Sodium-Alkali Wet Flue Gas Deacidification System of Waste-to-Energy Power Plants" (submitted for review and submission by Huaxing East Co.), "Guidelines for Technical Supervision of Waste-to-Energy Power Plants", and "Maintenance and Overhaul of Leachate Treatment Systems of Waste-to-Energy Power Plants" 5 standards including "Technical Specifications" were submitted for review.

全體參會委員對標委會2024年工作進行了熱烈討論。標委會聯合中國電子勞動學會雙碳和能源創新工作委員會組織召開了“雙碳戰略下新能源企業的使命和機遇”研討會，就當前行業關注的雙碳政策、節能降碳、綠電綠證交易、新型電力系統發展等熱點、難點問題進行深入學習與探討。
All participating members had a heated discussion on the work of the Standardization Committee in 2024. The Standardization Committee and the Dual Carbon and Energy Innovation Working Committee of the China Electronics Labor Society, organized a seminar on; "The Mission and Opportunities of New Energy Enterprises under the Dual Carbon Strategy" for discussing the current industry concerns about dual carbon policies, energy conservation and carbon reduction, green & clean electricity. Conduct in-depth study and discussion of hot and difficult issues such as securities trading and the development of new power systems.
