國際固體廢物協會(ISWA) 2023年世界學術年會于2023年10月30日-11月1日在阿拉伯半島阿曼蘇丹國首都馬斯卡特隆重舉。江蘇華星東方作為中國代表團成員，參與了美國，印尼，西班牙等多次會議，本次公司積極參與會議布展，成為首次在ISWA布展的中國企業，得到了中國代表團的支持和認可。此次會議是ISWA首次在中東北非地區舉辦。來自全球100余個國家或地區的學者、政府官員、企業等1200多位代表參會。
The International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) 2023 Annual Conference was held from October 30 to November 1, 2023 in Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman in the Arabian Peninsula. As a member of the Chinese delegation, Jiangsu Huaxing East Co. has participated in many conferences in the United States, Indonesia, Spain, etc. This time the company actively participated in the conference exhibition and became the first Chinese company to exhibit at ISWA, and received the support and recognition of the Chinese delegation. This conference is the first time ISWA has held it in the Middle East and North Africa. More than 1,200 representatives from research institutions, government officials, and enterprises from more than 100 countries or regions around the world attended the conference.

本次年會主題為“全球行動邁向凈零排放未來( Global action towards a net zero future)”，大會就氣候變化與循環經濟形式、環境治理結構、塑料污染與海洋環境等組織了80余場報告，探討行業熱點話題。

華星東方作為中國城市環境衛生協會會員單位，還與其他國內優秀企業一道，參加了協會組織的多場活動，考察了已部分投運的迪拜垃圾焚燒發電項目。該項目日處理規模約5500噸，配置5x1111.2t/d機械爐排爐+3×65MW汽輪發電機組，主汽參數7.7MPa、432℃，發電效率約為34%，分兩期建設，EPC主體為HZI與BESIX聯合體。煙氣凈化工藝采用低氮燃燒+煙氣循環控制氮氧化物，采用干法+布袋除塵器控制酸性污染物及粉塵。迪拜垃圾焚燒發電項目全面投產后將成為繼上海老港二期6000噸之后，單體最大的垃圾焚燒發電項目。
As a member of the China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association, China Huaxing East Co. Ltd, together with other outstanding domestic enterprises, participated in many activities organized by the association and inspected the Dubai waste incineration power generation project that has been partially put into operation. The daily processing capacity of this project is about 5,500 tons. It is equipped with 5x1111.2t/d mechanical grate furnace + 3x65MW steam turbine generator set. The main steam parameters are 7.7MPa and 432℃. The power generation efficiency is about 34%. It will be constructed in two phases. EPC The main body is the consortium of HZI and BESIX. The flue gas cleaning process uses low-nitrogen combustion + flue gas circulation to control nitrogen oxides, and uses dry method + bag dust collector to control acidic pollutants and dust. After the Dubai waste incineration power generation project is fully put into operation, it will become the largest single waste incineration power generation project after the 6,000-ton second phase of Shanghai Laogang.

Huaxing East Co. currently has engineering achievements in flue gas cleaning and waste water treatment in many cities at home and abroad, mainly focusing on leading technologies and advantages in the fields of industrial waste, agricultural waste, and domestic waste. It has participated in the construction of more than 200 solid waste incineration plants, and is implementing or has completed more than 500 sets of solid waste incineration flue gas cleaning systems. Recently, Huaxing East Co. has successfully completed the SDA manufacturing project of the GEA Bishoff PTFI MANYAR metal smelting project in Indonesia, Hyderabad, India, etc. A number of incineration plant flue gas cleaning projects, Germany's Ruhr-Thailand SCR project, Malaysia's Selangor waste incineration flue gas purification project, Japan's Nagasaki Nishi catalyst supply project, etc.
