我公司承建的江蘇省常州市金壇區生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年8月7日通過72+24小時試運行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jintan waste incineration power plant in Changzhou,Jiangsu passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on August 7, 2022.
該項目建設日處理生活垃圾1500噸，分兩期實施：一期工程規模1000t/d（2×500t/d生活垃圾焚燒線+1×25MW汽輪機+1×30MW發電機）。二期工程再增加500t/d（1×500t/d生活垃圾焚燒線+1×12MW汽輪機+1×15MW發電機）。本項目為一期工程，配建飛灰庫。本期建設一期工程，預留二期工程擴建場地。煙氣凈化采用“SNCR（噴氨水）（非我司合同范圍內）+半干法（旋轉霧化半干反應塔）+干法（噴射消石灰）+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EP工程。
The plant has a treatment capacity of 1500 tons per day of municipal solid waste and is implemented in two phases. The 1st phase has a capacity of 1000 t/d consisting of 2×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×25 MW steam turbine + 1×30 MW generator. Additional 500 t/d consists of 1×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×12 MW steam turbine + 1×15 MW generator. The plant is phase I with a fly ash silo. Phase I will be constructed and the expansion site of phase II will be reserved. The FGC adopts the process of SNCR with ammonia injection (not in Huaxing scope) + semi-dry with rotary atomization reaction tower + dry method with slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
